Our Part Time classes begin the week of January 23rd 2012, generally running one class a week for ten weeks. If you register by January 14th, you will receive a 10% discount on all your course fees. All classes at Focal Point are HST free and Tax Deductible.
Part Time studies courses are offered in a flexible format to accommodate working professionals, and it appeals to individuals who use photography in other work or simply anyone who is determined to make the most out of any photo opportunity. The (Certificate) Program allows students to pick and choose which courses they would like to take based on their interest and schedule. We have a broad range of short term courses to learn new skills or upgrade existing skills areas of photography including: basic and intermediate camera techniques, available and studio lighting, black and white darkroom practices, digital manipulation, photojournalism, commercial and creative portraiture, and web design.
The Part Time courses will not necessarily be the same courses that are held in the Full-time program and are not transferrable towards the Full-time Diploma program. Our next semester begins the week of January 23rd, 2012.
