• Basic Photography Skills. (Before the Fall session begins we do offer Basic Photography Courses to develop technical skills before the intensive program begins.)
• English speaking comprehension.
• Grade 12 graduation or equivalent; or mature student status.
• Portfolio submission and Interview with a Coordinator.

Portfolio Guidelines:

We would like to see examples of the following:

• High contrast light situation
• Low contrast light situation
• Backlit lighting situation
• Creative use of depth of field
• Capturing motion
• Night photography
• People shots
• Also, please include a few of your favorite shots

Portfolio should include 10-15 images

Interview:

Please contact us to schedule an interview. If you are not presently in the lower mainland, we would love to accomodate another alternative. Notification of acceptance will be issued after the interview and portfolio review.
